At Showtime Sports Vault, we take pride in securely and efficiently delivering your sports cards and collectibles across the United States. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, carriers, costs, timelines, and policies.
📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Please allow additional time during high-volume periods, such as major card drops or sales.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers
We currently ship orders within the United States using the following carriers:

USPS (First-Class, Priority Mail, and Express Mail)

UPS (Ground, 2-Day, or Next Day Air)

FedEx (by request only)
At checkout, you’ll be able to choose from available options based on your location and delivery speed preference.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. These will be clearly advertised on the Site and/or at checkout.
📦 Packaging & Protection
All cards are shipped with care using the appropriate protective materials:

Graded cards are shipped in bubble wrap and rigid boxes

Raw cards are shipped in penny sleeves, top loaders, and team bags
-
Multiple cards are packaged together in protective team bags or boxes to prevent movement and damage
We strive to ensure that your cards arrive in the same condition they leave our vault.
📬 Tracking & Delivery

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to update after the package is shipped.

Showtime Sports Vault is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer. We encourage customers to ship to a secure address and monitor tracking updates closely.
❗ Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare case your package is lost or arrives damaged:

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we do not guarantee reimbursement unless the shipment was insured.
We strongly encourage selecting an insured shipping option for high-value orders.
